About

We catalog the research, not the hype.

Protosi is a research-first longevity and optimization hub. We document what the peer-reviewed literature actually shows about compounds, supplements, devices, and lab testing — on animal models, in vitro, and in human trials — and we point you at verified suppliers when you're ready to research a protocol yourself.

The longevity space is full of noise. Influencers promising reversal, founders promising lifespan extensions, and brands promising outcomes the research doesn't support. Meanwhile the actual science — slower, more conservative, more uncertain — rarely gets a clear, indexed, well-organized home on the web. That's the gap Protosi fills.

What we do

  • Write evidence-graded research profiles for compounds, supplements, devices, and lab tests
  • Tag every profile with its research status — animal models, in vitro, human trials, or mixed — so you know the confidence level at a glance
  • Assemble curated protocol stacks by goal, experience level, and budget — and surface them on relevant goal pages
  • Link to verified research suppliers, and disclose every affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines

What we don't do

  • Make therapeutic claims. Nothing on this site treats, cures, heals, reverses, or prevents any condition. Every compound we discuss is framed for research purposes only.
  • Hype unproven protocols. We use phrases like “research suggests” and “studies indicate” — never definitive claims. If the evidence is weak, we say so.
  • Fake credibility. No fabricated testimonials, no AI-generated person images, no before-and-after photos, no anonymous experts.
  • Sell anything directly. We never handle transactions. Affiliate links send you to the supplier to complete your purchase; we earn a commission if you choose to buy.

Who this is for

Researchers, biohackers, and longevity enthusiasts who want a clean, well-organized, evidence-graded starting point for their own investigation. Not clinicians writing prescriptions. Not patients looking for a cure. If you're researching what the literature actually says about a peptide or a protocol, you're in the right place.

A note on safety

Nothing on Protosi is medical advice. The compounds we discuss are research materials, not approved drugs. Lab tests should be interpreted with a qualified clinician. Sleep and recovery devices are research tools, not diagnostic instruments. Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning any protocol.

How we evaluate the evidence

Our research-grading methodology is documented separately — from how we classify research status, to how we resolve conflicting studies, to how we disclose commercial relationships.
